Welcome to Cat Paw Games. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cat Paw Games mobile app and the catpawgames.com website.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing or using Cat Paw Games, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of service
Cat Paw Games offers interactive tap games for cats, healing frequency music, Cat Entertainment Videos, interactive Play Videos, daily streak rewards, the Cat Champions leaderboard and a community chat for 💎 PLATINUM members.
3. User accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential, for all activity under your account and for providing accurate information.
4. Subscription plans
- 🌿 FREE: 2 games, the daily streak with streak song rewards, the Happy Cat Adventure Cat Entertainment Video, previews of other content and the leaderboard. Includes ads.
- 🥇 GOLD: 8 games, 5 healing songs, selected Cat Entertainment Videos, 2 playlists, unlimited Play Videos and no ads.
- PLATINUM: all games, all healing songs, all Cat Entertainment Videos, unlimited playlists, unlimited Play Videos, community chat and direct messages and no ads.
Plans are monthly or yearly and are purchased, billed and renewed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Prices are shown in your local currency in the app. Plans renew automatically unless you cancel through your store account before the renewal date. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies.
5. Free trials
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial. You can cancel before the trial ends through your store account settings to avoid being charged.
6. Daily streaks and rewards
Opening the app on consecutive days builds a streak that can unlock free healing songs. Streaks reset if a day is missed and streaks and streak rewards reset at the start of each month. A Streak Saver may be available a limited number of times per month. We may change the reward system at any time.
7. Advertising and rewarded ads
FREE plan users see ads and may choose to watch short rewarded ads to access certain features, such as a Streak Saver, a game trial or Free Play Videos. Rewards and their limits may change.
8. Cat Champions leaderboard
Game points add to a monthly leaderboard that resets on the 1st of each month. Your display name, points and badges are visible to other users and our website shows first names only. The top 3 each month receive a Champion of the Month badge. We may remove scores, badges or accounts that appear to manipulate the leaderboard.
8a. Invite a friend and special offers
When a new user joins with your invite link, both accounts receive 7 days of GOLD. Invite codes can be used once per account and only by new accounts. Bonus time earned from invites is limited. Special offers, such as limited-time discounts, are shown in the app, apply only during the stated time and are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. We may change or end invite rewards and offers at any time.
9. Community guidelines
PLATINUM members using the chat and direct messages must keep content cat-related and respectful. You must not post offensive, harmful, misleading or spam content or share anyone's personal information. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these guidelines without notice. You can report any message or member from the chat; we review every report and may block the member from the chat.
10. Intellectual property
All content in Cat Paw Games, including games, music, videos, artwork and text, belongs to Cat Paw Games or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written consent.
11. Device safety
We are not responsible for damage to devices during use. We recommend using a screen protector, placing devices on a stable surface and supervising your cat during play.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The healing music is offered for relaxation. Sound therapy is a complementary wellness practice and does not replace veterinary or medical care.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cat Paw Games is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, device damage or inability to access the service.
14. Changes to the service
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the app, including games, music, videos, features and plans. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
